Many girls/women have trouble applying liquid eyeliner because it’s so messy and can get everywhere if you do not use it properly. Here are the steps to applying any kind of liquid eyeliner:
1. Dip the brush in the bottle that it came in and make sure it’s ready to be put on.
2. Start in the middle as close to your lash line as possible and slowly carefully work your way down making a thin line. (You can make it thicker later)
3. Next fill in the other half and if you want you can make it thicker.
4. Last you can do a small wing at the tip end of your eye or you can leave it the way it is.
5. (Optional) If you want you can apply the liquid eyeliner to your waterline although I recommend a pencil eyeliner to do your waterline because liquid eyeliner can easily get into your eye when doing it on the waterline.
